Stocks of this eastern North America species are raised in our neighbourhood without chemicals or additives, and with zero impact on the environment. Best of all these golden eggs offer the characteristic flavours of Osetra caviar.
We can offer you a pre-dinner tasting plate composed of three preparations. If you prefer your caviar straight from the tin, you can add a caviar supplement to your dinner menu priced by the gram.
